Welcome to BuildEz Technologies Private Limited ("BuildEz", "we", "our", or "us"). We provide an on-demand, 60-minute construction-materials delivery application and website connecting contractors, engineers, builders and individuals with certified manufacturers and hyper-local supply hubs.

We are dedicated to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring your personal, site and payment data is protected in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023 of India.

2. Information We Collect

To provide rapid 60-minute site deliveries and accurate GST billing, we collect the following information:

• Account identification: full name, mobile phone number, email address, and contractor/firm business profile.
• Site & location data: precise GPS coordinates of construction sites, landmark addresses, gate access notes, and live device location when placing orders.
• Commercial & billing details: GSTIN number, company billing address, PAN (for credit assessment), and authorised site-supervisor contact details.
• Transaction data: ordered materials, order timestamps, delivery logs and payment receipts.
• Device & usage data: device model, operating-system version, app version, IP address, and telemetry for delivery optimisation.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• Order fulfillment: dispatching trucks from the nearest micro-fulfillment hubs and executing doorstep and site drop-offs within 60 minutes.
• Real-time GPS tracking: live vehicle tracking for contractors and direct phone coordination with the delivery driver.
• Tax invoicing & compliance: generating valid B2B GST tax invoices for input tax credit claims.
• Customer support: resolving quality queries, unloading-assistance requests and site exchange inquiries.
• Price alerts: daily wholesale price notifications for cement, steel and sand (only if explicitly opted in).

4. Real-Time Location Tracking Permissions

BuildEz requires access to your device's foreground and background location services strictly while you are placing an order or tracking an active delivery truck. Location sharing terminates once the order is marked completed at your site gate.

5. Data Protection and Security

We implement 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions. Card and UPI transactions are processed through RBI-authorised payment aggregators (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We never store complete card details or UPI PINs on our servers.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Information is shared only with:

• Assigned drivers & logistics partners: delivery site address, contact number and site-supervisor name to complete the dispatch.
• Material testing laboratories & brands: to generate official manufacturer test and batch certificates.
• Legal & regulatory authorities: when mandated by applicable Indian law, court orders or government directives.

7. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain transaction and tax records as required by Indian GST and taxation laws (typically 7 years). You may delete your account and personal profile data at any time from the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by writing to admin@buildezapp.com.
