Delete Your Account

This page applies to the BuildEz customer app on Google Play and the App Store, published by BuildEz Technologies Private Limited.

Delete from the app

• Open the BuildEz app and sign in with your mobile number.
• Go to Profile → Delete Account.
• Optionally tell us why you are leaving, then tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every device.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app, email admin@buildezapp.com with the subject "Delete my BuildEz account" and the mobile number you registered with. We may contact you on that number to confirm the request, and we complete it within 7 working days.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, gender, date of birth and profession.
• Your saved delivery addresses and location photos.
• Your cart, notification devices and email verification records.
• Documents uploaded for a Verified Professional Account application.
• Your BZ Coins balance, which is forfeited and cannot be restored.

What we keep, and why

Order, invoice, payment and refund records are kept as long as Indian GST and tax laws require (typically 7 years). After deletion these records are no longer linked to your profile, and they are only used for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

You can sign up again later with the same mobile number, but it will be a new account without your previous orders, addresses or coins.
